Our Team
Olive Joycare Estate & Property Managers Ltd has a comprehensive management structure. Management is mainly made up of the Managing Director Mr. James Mwangi assisted by operations director Mr. Martin Maina. Members of staff are recruited on merit basis according to the expected services and results outcome.
Therefore we have a highly powered team of well trained and experienced members of staff who are always ready to help and bring out the best in whatever position they hold. Brief information of the qualications of our directors is given below.
James Mwangi (Managing Director)
Mr. Mwangi who is the Managing Director, is an accountant by profession holding a CPA-K and a Bachelor in Leadership & Management . Mr. Mwangi has a vast wealth of experience on managerial skills in finance and accounting as well as real estate.
He has been involved in the real estate market for over 15 years during which time he has managed to link up thousands of tenants to landlords and identified opportunities worth
millions of Kenya shillings for prospective investors. Mr. Mwangi has managed to build a profile as a most trustworthy real estate manager, a quality that has made him obtain referrals from existing clients on daily basis.
Martin Maina Kiara(Operations Director)

Mr. Maina is is an accountant by profession holding a CPA-K and a
Bachelor in Commerce. Over time he has worked with various Banks as
a manager, hence has acquired vast knowledge and experience
implementing policies . He is our key link to our clients and his brief
includes ensuring client satisfaction is key and ensure its maintained.
Responsibility
- We prepay our Landlords and we are left behind with the hassle of collecting rent.
- We ensure your property maintains its optimum rental value at all times and remains in good condition.
- We protect you and your interests from the public and ensure your investment is confidential according to the 24 of 2019. Act Title: DATA PROTECTION.
- We ensure your tenant is legally bound to remit rent to you through proper documentation.
- We ensure services such as security, garbage collection, sewage exhaustion, cleaning, garden and lawn, general caretaking e.t.c are paid for and delivered as desired.
- You get returns from your investments without spending your time and energy following tenants.
- The flow of income from your property becomes regular and predictable allowing you to plan better.
